We work hard to provide a great dental service to our NHS and independent patients and we hope you are always delighted with the dental care you receive from Landsdown Dental.

We welcome constructive feedback, whether good or bad, and are always looking for ways to improve, so please let us know what you think of our service. You can do this by:

If you would like a written copy of our complaints procedure please contact the practice.

We aim to respond to verbal complaints within 24 hours and written ones within three working days. If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, our private patients can contact The Dental Complaints organisation. Their website can be found at www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk and here you will find an online form to fill in. Alternatively, they can be contacted by phone on 08456 120 540. Our NHS patients should contact the NHS commissioning board on 0300 311 22 33 or nhscommisioningboard@hscic.gov.org
